Senior Employee Benefits Consultant We are working with a large consultancy within their employee benefits division to support their search for an experienced Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to join their team to manage a portfolio of US-owned clients consulting across healthcare, group risk and pension schemes.Role and Responsibilities:Retain and manage a portfolio of SME to mid-corporate clientsDiscuss opportunities to expand the clients accounts throughout the wider business service offeringsProvide strategic recommendations on pensions, group risk and private medical insuranceLead client meetings, presentations, and annual benefit reviewsEssential Criteria:Significant experience in employee benefits consulting, within a consultancy or brokerageStrong technical knowledge of pensions, healthcare and group risk Strong communication skills This role is fully remote with the expectation of attending their London office once per month and attending client meetings, where necessary.
