Role Overview Location: Malvern, Worcestershire - 3 days a week onsite Package: Up to £71,500 + benefits Security Clearance: Eligibility for SC Clearance with UK Eyes Only (Sole British National) Industry: Defence Technology and Advanced Engineering What You''ll Be Doing Design and develop modern C++ software for complex embedded and mission-critical systems. Own software features from initial concept and design through to integration, verification and final delivery. Work closely with software, systems, algorithms, FPGA and hardware specialists to develop integrated solutions. Develop robust software for resource-constrained embedded platforms. Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through to implementation and acceptance. Support system integration, testing, verification and technical troubleshooting. Apply structured engineering, configuration management and assurance practices throughout development. Help improve software architectures, development tools and engineering processes. Take responsibility for technical work packages and deliver solutions that have a direct impact on customer outcomes.
