The Role As a Senior Electronics Manufacturing Engineer, you will be a key member of the Manufacturing Engineering team, responsible for developing and improving PCBA and product testing capabilities, providing technical diagnostic support, and ensuring manufacturing processes operate reliably and efficiently. You will take technical and project leadership responsibility for the introduction of new products, processes and automated test equipment, while working closely with RandD, Quality, Manufacturing and external suppliers. The role is highly hands-on and would suit an experienced electronics engineer with strong manufacturing, test and troubleshooting expertise who is comfortable leading projects and supporting a small technical team.
