Senior Electronics Engineer Senior Electronics Engineer - Purpose of the RoleThe purpose of the role will have a systems thinking mindset, coupled with extensive knowledge of complex product development. Our engineers are responsible for delivering tasks to support product design, development, and verification. They will have opportunities to engage with our customers, supporting meetings, systems integration, and product verification/validation trials. They will work under close guidance from project leads and subject matter experts, but they are responsible for delivering their allocated tasks to meet project milestones. Senior Electronics Engineer - Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the design and development of electronic sub-systems for the aerospace and defence market Deliver project tasks to schedule, cost and quality while adhering to internal processes and best practices. Research, design, develop and prototype electronic solutions in support of product development.Characterise, test and down-select components for performance and cost. Schematic capture of mixed signal circuit Design (Analogue, RF and Digital) using Altium or similar.Test, characterisation and verification of prototype designsCircuit simulation using LT Spice, Agilent ADSDevelop, write and deploy software to aid evaluation of electronic devices or automate test equipment using C# or similar.
