About the Role
We''re looking for an experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to take a lead role in the full development lifecycle of our products. You''ll be responsible for designing, analysing, and validating both analogue and digital electronic systems, ensuring compliance with the latest regulatory standards (EMC, LVD, CE, UKCA).
In this role, you will:
Lead the design and development of electronic components, from concept through to deployment.
Validate and verify designs to meet safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver successful product outcomes.
Take ownership of projects, driving improvements in quality, efficiency, and scalability as our product portfolio grows.
What We''re Looking For
We want someone who is not just technically strong, but also confident in leading teams and projects. The ideal candidate will bring:
Extensive, proven experience as a professional Electronics Engineer.
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
A strong track record of developing compliant products, supported by clear documentation.
End-to-end product lifecycle experience, from specification through to manufacturing and deployment.
Project and team leadership experience within an engineering environment.
Chartered Engineer status (or working toward it).
Proficiency in firmware development (C, C++) and Python for test scripting.
Adaptability to respond to shifting priorities and business needs.
(Desirable) Knowledge of the electricity industry or control room applications.
