Overview

A leading engineering organisation based in Hayes, Middlesex is seeking a Senior Design Engineer, Equipment to join their team. This role focuses on the design and development of advanced power converters for high-performance RF amplifiers.Responsibilities

Designing and developing high and low voltage switch-mode power converters.Leading project teams and mentoring less experienced engineers.Supporting new product introduction (NPI) from concept through to production readiness.Translating customer requirements into design solutions, verification plans, and compliance documentation.Driving investigations, claims, and disputes resolution using root cause analysis.Qualifications
