Senior Electrical Design Engineer Location: Billingham, Teesside Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week Travel: UK-wide travel required, with occasional international travel DMW Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join an established engineering consultancy based in Teesside. This is a senior, technically focused role offering the opportunity to take ownership of electrical engineering projects from initial design and investigation through to delivery, commissioning and completion. The Role As Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will lead and undertake electrical engineering design, studies and site surveys across a range of industrial projects, working closely with clients and other project stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering projects to the required technical standards, budget and programme, while acting as a technical lead and supporting the development of junior engineers. Key responsibilities will include: Electrical design for LV and HV distribution systems up to and including 33kV Power earthing studies and fault level calculations Protection coordination and load flow studies Arc energy calculations and transient analysis HV motor starting studies Carrying out site surveys, technical investigations and data gathering Producing calculations, drawings, line diagrams, connection schedules and equipment specifications Developing complete design packages suitable ..... full job details .....
