Senior Electrician / Supervisor Castle Donington 46,421 Salary + 2,535 Standby 48,956 Total Package + OvertimeA Senior Electrician / Supervisor is required to join an established engineering team based at a major distribution and logistics site in Castle Donington. This is a hands-on senior engineering role with at least 50% of your time spent carrying out planned and reactive maintenance. Alongside the technical work, you''ll provide day-to-day support to the engineering team, help coordinate maintenance activities and act as a key point of contact for the customer. The role offers a 46,421 total salary, plus 2,535 per year for a 1-in-4 standby rota, giving a total package of 48,956 before overtime.The Role You''ll be responsible for delivering and supervising planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and technical maintenance across a large-scale distribution environment. You''ll be the first point of contact for maintenance issues on site, carrying out initial fault finding and repairs before arranging specialist contractor attendance where required. Alongside being hands-on, you''ll support the site management team with engineering coordination, workload planning, compliance and day-to-day team matters.
