This role will be responsible for preparing and managing tenders, estimates, and proposals for electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality submissions for both new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage tenders, quotations, and project cost estimates. Review customer requirements and develop competitive technical and commercial proposals. Work closely with Design Engineers, Project Managers, Business Development teams, and clients. Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations. Identify project risks and ensure all proposals meet technical and commercial requirements. Support and mentor junior Tendering Engineers. Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with company procedures. Participate in project handovers and lessons learned reviews.
