They are now seeking a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer to lead the development of critical electrical systems and support the delivery of next-generation products. The Role As the technical lead for electrical systems, you''ll drive design, safety, compliance and performance activities from concept through to production, working closely with engineering, manufacturing and supplier teams. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical systems design and development through the full product lifecycle. Create, review and release electrical schematics and harness designs. Define engineering standards and best practices. Support electrical architecture and component selection. Conduct hazard analysis and risk assessments. Resolve design and supplier issues using structured problem-solving techniques. Ensure compliance with relevant electrical and functional safety standards.
