Senior Electrical Site Supervisor

3D Personal is working with a leading main contractor is delivering a landmark healthcare and research facility in Central London. This transformative development spans over two acres and will feature a state-of-the-art building.

Strong experience in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including:

• ICT infrastructure
• Security systems
• Access control
• Building Management Systems (BMS)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee ELV installations and subcontractor coordination
• Ensure compliance with design, safety, and commissioning standards
• Support testing, documentation, and handover activities
• Interface with design and commissioning teams

Requirements:

• Proven ELV systems experience on large-scale commercial or healthcare projects
• Strong understanding of electrical drawings and QA procedures
• SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
