Senior Electrical Project Manager Salary: Up to 75,000 per annum + Benefits Location: Office locations in Eggborough, Kirkham, Lichfield and London About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of mechanical building services projects across a diverse range of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially aware professional to manage projects valued at up to 4 million, with exciting upcoming opportunities involving projects worth up to 15 million. Our projects span a variety of sectors, including education, retail, Ministry of Defence (MOD), leisure centres and local authority works. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing project delivery, managing client relationships, coordinating project teams and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical building services projects, from initial planning through to completion and handover. Oversee project programmes, budgets, costs and commercial performance. Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality, health and safety standards and specifications. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and project partners.
