The business is recognised for delivering complex MandE design and installation services to the commercial office, data centre, education, hotel and leisure, pharmaceutical and super prime residential sectors. Following successful business growth and a very exciting five-year forecast, an upcoming opening has arisen for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to lead one of London’s iconic construction projects. This presents a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join a business recognised for delivering some of London’s most innovative construction projects, alongside offering long term career progression and stability.Duties and Responsibilities

Attend pre-tender meetings.Oversee preconstruction and procurement processes.Management of site personnel (including schedule of works).Ensuring projects are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.Commercial acumen, regularly liaising with the internal commercial team with regards to costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc.Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, third party subcontractors and internal teams.Build and maintain relationships with clients and supply chain.MEP project management and site coordination.Ensure HSE standards are adhered too.Skills

Excellent technical knowledge of electrical building services systems.Provide support to estimating, procurement, commercial and operational construction teams.Preconstruction engineering activities including design development and highlighting areas of risk.Project management and electrical installation.Value engineering and procurement.Stakeholder management.Time management and organisation.Qualifications/ Education

Relevant building services or electrical engineering qualification.Experience managing electrical building services projects valued upwards of £5 million.Knowledge of construction regulations and best ..... full job details .....
