Salary: Up to -75,000 + Package

3D Personnel are looking for a Senior Electrical Estimator to join our client, a respected Building Services contractor delivering electrical and mechanical installations across a wide range of commercial, healthcare, education, industrial and high-specification construction projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of secured work, where you''ll play a key role within the pre-construction team.

• Prepare accurate electrical tenders and cost estimates.

• Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.

• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.

• Identify value engineering opportunities and commercial risks.

• Work closely with clients, consultants and operational teams throughout the tender process.

• Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator within Building Services.

• Strong understanding of commercial electrical installations.

• Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.

• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

• Experience using estimating software is advantageous.
