This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the pre-construction phase, developing competitive, value-driven mechanical and electrical solutions for a portfolio of infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities ·Prepare MEICA estimates and tender submissions for a range of projects. ·Develop budget estimates and detailed pricing from available information. ·Review technical specifications, drawings and project documentation. ·Identify project risks, opportunities and value engineering solutions. ·Liaise with design teams, commercial teams, suppliers and subcontractors. ·Evaluate supplier quotations and prepare cost comparisons. ·Support bid submissions, client meetings and site visits where required. ·Deliver high-quality tenders within agreed timescales.
