The Senior Electrical Engineer - Building Services will deliver electrical design across multiple sectors, supporting project delivery, client engagement, and team development within a multidisciplinary environment. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver electrical building services design across all RIBA Stages 0-6Lead and coordinate building services engineering projectsManage project programmes, resources, and technical deliveryDevelop and maintain client relationships and stakeholder communicationOversee quality assurance (QA) and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulationsSupport and mentor junior and intermediate engineersUndertake site inspections, commissioning support, and technical reviewsCoordinate with multidisciplinary design teams including mechanical and BIM Technical SkillsLow Voltage (LV) distribution and switchgear designCable sizing and calculations (Amtech, ElectricalOM)Generator systems, transformers, and UPS systemsLighting design (Dialux, Relux)Fire alarm systems and life safety systemsHigh Voltage (HV) infrastructure and private networksCAD software and BIM / Revit coordination ..... full job details .....
