Senior Electrical Engineer

As an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a key technical role supporting the development of electrical and electronic systems across new model programmes and current engineering projects. You will take designs from concept and system architecture through detailed design, validation, release and production support. You will act as a technical authority for vehicle electrical systems, ensuring robust, cost-effective and manufacturable solutions are delivered, while providing practical engineering support to prototype and production vehicles. We are looking for an experienced electrical engineer with a hands-on approach to engineering design and development and a strong technical understanding of electrical systems used within mobile off-highway or industrial products. You will be a professional and technically capable engineer with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and be comfortable working with different teams and suppliers, able to challenge constructively and push for change where required. Above all, we are looking for someone who demonstrates professionalism, integrity and trustworthiness, with a genuine interest in vehicles and technology.
