Senior Electrical Engineer

Senior Electrical Engineer – Building Services | London | Data Centres 

An established and growing M&E consultancy in London is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team. The role involves leading medium-sized projects across various sectors, with a focus on low-energy, sustainable design and innovative engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical design on multiple concurrent projects

• Client-facing role covering design development, coordination, and delivery

• Produce and validate detailed technical specifications and calculations

• Survey and report on existing installations

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

• Mentor junior engineers and support technical development

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (HNC/HND with experience)

• Working towards or Chartered Engineer status (IET or CIBSE)

• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and BS standards

• Experience with a variety of building types, ideally within a consultancy setting

• Excellent IT and software skills (AutoCAD, Amtech, Dialux/Relux, MS Office)
