This is a hands-on position suited to someone confident in both design and project leadership.The team operates in a highly flexible, remote-first model, with most engineers working from home while staying closely connected through regular collaboration, socials, and company-wide events.Key ResponsibilitiesLead electrical design and technical delivery across multiple projectsWork closely with clients, consultants, and internal teamsSupport project coordination within a multidisciplinary environmentContribute to quality assurance and technical standardsMentor more junior engineers where requiredThe BusinessThe company is currently undergoing significant strategic growth, driven by recent acquisitions of specialist consultancies.
