What''s the role? Working closely with the associate, to provide leadership and management of the Engineering team. Provide technical expertise and direction for complex (and non-complex) engineering projects leading on delivery from briefing through to handover. This senior role combines hands-on technical leadership, management of Engineering staff, as well as a requirement to support the learning and development of junior staff across the business.
