Role DescriptionSummary of Role:Location: Manchester Office Based Work Pattern: Hybrid Working (2/3 days in the office, usually Tuesday through Thursday) Sector: Nuclear Project: Uranium Enrichment Role details: Senior Electrical Designer reporting to project lead engineer MUST HAVE OR BE ABLE TO ACHIEVE SECURITY CLEARANCEKey Responsibilities:Your responsibilities could involve: Providing safe, practical and economic designs for clients to a high standard of professional competence and in compliance with Company procedures Producing drawing office deliverables including but not limited to SLDs, Cable Schedules, Material Take Offs, BCDs, Schematics, Equipment and Cable Routing Layouts Checking of drawings in accordance with Company Procedures. Liaising with other disciplines as required. 3D modelling in Navis Works, AVEVA E3D, Revit etcQualifications: ONC / OND / HNC / HND or equivalent qualification. Technical Experience:Good knowledge of design working practices and installation requirements of the discipline across relevant sector >10 years engineering experience in the relevant or similar sectors Proficient in CAD.
