This well-established consultancy has secured major new-build residential and mixed-use projects across London and the South East. As a key senior appointment, you will act as the Regional Director s right-hand person, helping lead the team and drive delivery standards across the region. The Role Lead electrical design on large-scale new-build projects Act as second-in-command to the Regional Director Take responsibility for the wider team in the Director s absence Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers Manage client relationships and represent the business in meetings Resolve technical challenges and conflicts professionally and commercially Oversee calculations, drawings, specifications, and project coordination Support the development of regional standards, processes, and team growth About You Strong consultancy experience in electrical building services Proven delivery of residential and mixed-use new-build schemes Fully proficient in Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD Excellent client-facing skills Confident handling of difficult conversations and conflict resolution Able to find practical, commercially sound technical solutions Strong communicator, both face-to-face and over the telephone Chartered or working ..... full job details .....
