Senior Electrical Engineer - Building Services Location: Sittingbourne, Kent Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join a growing Building Services consultancy based in Sittingbourne. This is a senior-level opportunity for an Electrical Engineer who is confident taking ownership of projects, leading electrical design, coordinating with wider project teams and providing technical support to junior engineers. You will work across a range of commercial, residential and industrial projects, delivering high-quality electrical solutions from design through to completion. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical design projects from concept through to completion. Act as Project Lead, managing project delivery, timescales and technical requirements. Design and specify electrical systems including power distribution, lighting and fire alarm systems. Coordinate electrical design with architects, mechanical engineers, contractors and other project stakeholders. Carry out site surveys, assessments and feasibility studies. Produce, review and approve technical drawings, calculations and reports. Ensure designs comply with relevant UK electrical standards, building regulations and industry requirements. Support the delivery of energy-efficient and sustainable electrical solutions. Contribute to the integration of renewable energy and smart building technologies.
