You will have the opportunity to thrive in technical delivery excellence and develop excellent understanding of client care.Your key responsibilities will be:Lead, develop and manage a team of Electrical Engineers, working collaboratively with colleagues from other engineering disciplines, e.g. structural, mechanical and public health engineers, etcPositively raise the profile and reputation of Ramboll and our UK Healthcare TeamDevelop and oversee electrical concepts and design solutionsInspire and enthuse the engineers and technicians working with you on your projectsLiaise with clients and collaborators, representing Ramboll at project meetingsSupport key accounts and developing relationships with new clientsSupport our UK Healthcare team sector business development strategiesImplement best practice procedures to enhance and maintain delivery of sustainable, zero carbon, innovative and quality advisory and design servicesManage your own projects and act as MEP or electrical engineering project manager to allocate resources and co-ordinate tasksYour new teamOur Healthcare team is growing to deliver our exciting and ambitious 5 year strategy.
