Senior Electrical Design EngineerLocation: Dungannon, County Tyrone, N.IrelandSalary: £50k-£60k + 10% bonus and benefits Overview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer on behalf of one of our clients. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. Duties and Responsibilities: Design and develop electrical circuit schematics, harnesses and panel layouts to applicable internal and industry standards and legislative requirementsCreate technical documentation including design specifications, work instructions, parts list, list of critical parts and maintenance components.Conduct simulations and other engineering investigations to guide and verify designs and specify the electrical and electronic components for use in the vehicle system.Liaise with cross department teams to fully realise design boundaries helping to identify technical solutions to understand design and achieve right first time approach.Develop electrical solutions by studying customer requirements, researching and testing components and determining overall system integration.Communicate requirements and work with PLC Software Engineers to develop control strategies for powertrain and driveline components and systems.Working on projects to expand the current product range and bring new products to the market.Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods, testing finished products ..... full job details .....
