Senior Electrical Design Engineer

adi Automation Senior Electrical Design Engineer Location - Wirral, Liverpool About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our automation team. You will be responsible for delivering detailed electrical designs, supporting project delivery, and providing technical leadership across a range of industrial and automation projects. Specifically, your key responsibilities will include: Produce detailed electrical designs, calculations, specifications, and drawings using EPLAN and AutoCAD Electrical. Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide engineering solutions, quotations, and technical proposals. Ensure designs are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required technical standards. Support the design and delivery of Control and LV Switchgear Panels and cabling installations. Provide technical support throughout project delivery, manufacture, and commissioning. Review and approve design submissions to ensure compliance with standards and specifications. Mentor and support junior engineers where required. About you We would like to hear from you if you have: Proven experience in electrical design within automation or industrial control systems. Experience designing complete electrical control systems from initial client concept through to final delivery and commissioning.
