NonStop Care is currently supporting a prestigious local authority in East Anglia with the recruitment of a Senior EHCP Coordinator, on a fixed-term basis until 31st March 2027.

Working pattern: Hybrid (blend of home and office-based working). Office in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

This opportunity offers flexibility to support work-life balance through its hybrid structure, alongside the security of a fixed-term contract without long-term tie-in.

Key responsibilities of the Senior EHCP coordinator:

• Manage a small caseload of New EHC assessments (approximately 40-60 cases at any one time), or Existing EHC plans (approximately (Apply online only) cases)
• Responsibility for day to day oversight of complex casework
• Provide regular expert case supervision to a team of EHC coordinators

Requirements of Senior EHCP Coordinator:

• Proven local authority experience within an EHC/SEND function (essential)
• Ability to draft high-quality, legally compliant EHC plans in line with internal quality assurance processes
• Previous experience in supervisory role and with complex case management
