The Role
As a Senior Ecologist, you will lead ecological input across projects, manage surveys, and deliver high-quality reports and assessments. The Senior Ecologist will also mentor junior staff, liaise with clients, support bid preparation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. You''ll play a key role in shaping project outcomes and driving innovation within the team.

Requirements

• Degree in Ecology or related field
• Minimum 5+ years'' consultancy experience
• Strong knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and survey techniques
• Experience with EcIA, licensing, and mitigation
• Membership of CIEEM (or working towards)
• Full UK driving licence
• Full right to work in the UK
• Must live in or near the Birmingham office
