With an established team and ambitious expansion plans, this is an excellent opportunity to help develop a new ecology service in Winchester. As Senior Ecologist, you will play a key role in building client relationships and delivering high-quality ecological advice across a varied project portfolio. Key responsibilities: Prepare technical reports, including PEAs, EcIAs, mitigation strategies and protected species licence applications. Manage projects, budgets, survey programmes and junior ecologists. Liaise with clients, planning authorities and statutory consultees.
