The role:
As a Senior Ecologist, you''ll lead surveys, manage projects, produce reports, and advise clients on ecological matters. You''ll also support junior team members and help maintain high technical standards. This Senior Ecologist role is key to delivering compliant, high-quality work.

The perfect candidate will need experience at a senior level, with a strong understand of UK ecology and legislation, Protected species surveying experience and License''s. Be able to work with GIS and BNG and hold a full UK driving license. You will also need excellent report writing skills, a full right to work in the UK and to be based in or near Cardiff.
