Senior ECandI Engineer Location: Renfrew, Scotland Contract Duration: 12 Months Positions Available: 2 Job Type: Contract Rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35) The Opportunity We are currently seeking two experienced Senior ECandI Engineers to support a major project based in Renfrew, Scotland. Working within a multi-disciplinary engineering team, you will provide technical expertise across Electrical, Control and Instrumentation (ECandI) systems, supporting the design, construction and commissioning of complex machinery and engineering packages. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project within a highly regulated environment, delivering innovative engineering solutions while supporting project delivery from concept through to commissioning. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver ECandI design packages to support construction and commissioning activities.Develop key engineering deliverables, including Control System Specifications, Cause and Effect Charts, Datasheets and Technical Requisitions.Review and check ECandI design documentation, including cable block diagrams, cable routing diagrams, cable schedules and termination diagrams.Identify, investigate and resolve technical issues, raising queries with project stakeholders where necessary.Provide technical guidance on complex engineering challenges and communicate solutions effectively to clients and project teams.Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and support the resolution of any identified ..... full job details .....
