Senior ECandI Design EngineerBolton Hybrid Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are recruiting for a Senior ECandI Design Engineer on behalf of an established engineering business specialising in advanced engineering and process solutions. The organisation delivers solutions across pharmaceutical, healthcare and other highly regulated industries, supporting environments where safety, compliance and operational performance are critical.This role will suit an experienced ECandI professional with strong design capability who is comfortable taking technical ownership of projects, mentoring others, and working across the full project lifecycle. You will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions within safety-critical and regulated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead ECandI design activities across multiple projectsProduce and review design documentation including Functional Design Specifications (FDS), PandIDs, electrical schematics and associated engineering documentationSupport projects through FEED, detailed design, FAT/SAT and delivery stagesDrive standardisation and continuous improvement across designs and processesSupport value engineering initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costsProvide technical expertise to internal teams including engineering, field teams and sales teamsSupport design reviews and ensure designs comply with quality, safety and regulatory requirementsWork collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering teamsMentor and support junior engineers ..... full job details .....
