This role would suit a a highly motivated and commercially focused Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to join this growing EB team and take on a responsible role working closely with the Director and be involved with the strategic direction of the proposition offered out to clients . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced benefits professional who combines exceptional technical knowledge with a proven track record of winning and developing new business. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients, you will provide strategic employee benefits advice while playing a key role in driving revenue growth through client acquisition, networking, and relationship development. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering high-quality employee benefits consulting services. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the employee benefits market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR Directors, Finance Directors, and business owners.
