Senior Early Years and Family Support Practitioner Location: East LondonContract: Full-timeRate: 15- 18 per dayStart: ImmediateRemedy Education are currently looking for an experienced Senior Early Years and Family Support Practitioner to join a busy Children''s Centre in East London, starting immediately.This is not a standard nursery practitioner role. We are looking for someone experienced, confident and able to take responsibility from day one.The role will involve working closely with children, parents and families, organising and delivering activities, carrying out outreach work and promoting the services available through the Children''s Centre.You will also work alongside health visitors, therapists, schools and other professionals, contributing to referrals, meetings and wider multi-agency support.The role will include:Organising and delivering activities for children and familiesProviding support and guidance to parents and carersCarrying out family outreach and engagementPromoting Children''s Centre / Family Hub servicesSupporting families with a range of needsContributing to referrals, meetings and Early Help supportWorking effectively with health visitors, therapists, schools and other professionalsBuilding strong relationships with children, families and partner agenciesThe ideal candidate will have experience in:Children''s Centres or Family HubsEarly HelpFamily Support / OutreachLocal Authority Children and Family ServicesSenior Early Years or Parenting ..... full job details .....
