Job Description

This role can be based in any of our following offices: Glasgow, Aberdeen, Manchester, and London.

As a Senior Dynamics CE Technologist, you''ll be at the forefront of our Business Applications pillar, leveraging your deep Dynamics knowledge and expertise to drive high-profile D365 projects within the Financial Services Practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

To develop best practices and ensure a high standard of working practicesHave the ability to follow the design and ask questions where necessaryWork to client’s needs, expectations and standards ensuring that the output and approach is of an expectational standardDeveloping peers by imparting knowledge and expertise through continual professional developmentBe a member of the Technologist communityProducing workable solutions to a range of problemsDemonstrating an understanding of Development standardsDemonstrating a solid understanding of MS Dynamics and relevant Azure technologiesAnalysing numerical data, verbal data, and all other sources of informationProbing for further information or greater understanding of a problemProducing workable solutions to a range of problemsDemonstrating an understanding of how one issue may be part of a much larger systemManaging time effectivelyIdentifying roles needed to accomplish tasksIdentifying developmental strategies needed to achieve career goals and making use of development or training opportunitiesFocusing on customer needs and satisfactionSetting high standards for quality and quantityMonitoring and maintaining quality and productivity.

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate team player with the following qualifications and experience:

Dynamics 365 AccreditationsC#, ASP.Net, Python, Java, JSonEnterprise CRM ExperienceExperience of delivering multiple complex projectsCustomer engagement and management experienceStrong written, verbal, and oral communication skills including proposal and RFI / RFP experienceExperience within the Financial Services / Banking industry would be beneficial.
