We are looking for a Senior Drainage Engineer to join their growing infrastructure team and take a leading role in delivering practical drainage solutions for a wide range of developments.This isn''t a role where you''ll be stuck doing the same calculations and reports on repeat. You''ll be involved from the early stages of a project, working with developers, planners and wider design teams to come up with drainage strategies that actually work.What will you be doing?Leading the design and delivery of drainage strategies for residential, commercial and mixed-use developmentsDesigning SuDS, surface water and foul drainage systemsProducing drainage layouts, calculations and technical reportsUndertaking hydraulic modelling and drainage assessmentsSupporting Flood Risk Assessments and wider infrastructure strategiesWorking closely with planners, architects, highways engineers and other consultantsLiaising with clients, local authorities and statutory bodiesReviewing technical work and providing guidance to more junior engineersGetting involved in project management, fee proposals and client relationshipsHelping develop practical, commercially viable solutions rather than designing something that looks good on paper but doesn''t work in ..... full job details .....
