What We''re Looking For
 
·Experience: 5-8 years of post-graduate experience in civil engineering design, with expertise in UK codes, construction methods, and procurement processes.
·Skills: Strong design capabilities using tools such as Civil 3D and Causeway Flow, along with proficiency in below-ground drainage, SuDS, external works, and highways.
·Qualification: A Level 7 qualification (MEng or equivalent) and Chartership or actively working towards it.
·Leadership: Confidence in managing the day-to-day delivery of projects, coordinating with architects and consultants, and ensuring high standards of safety, sustainability, and cost.
 
Responsibilities
 
·Oversee technical delivery of civil engineering projects.
·Produce and review calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports.
·Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors.
·Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
·Contribute to a positive and supportive studio culture.
