Senior Document Controller

We are looking to speak to experienced Senior Document Controllers to join a tier one infrastructure contractor on a major multidisciplinary project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in Document Control and Information Management who enjoys taking ownership of projects and working closely with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary project teams. You will be responsible for the setup, management and maintenance of project document control systems, ensuring information is controlled effectively and in line with company, client and individual project requirements. Working across both short and long-term commissions, you will help clients manage information throughout different stages of the project lifecycle. Experience working from pre-contract and post-contract stages through to construction delivery would therefore be highly advantageous. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate: Previous Document Control experience within a project environment Strong knowledge of Document Control procedures, practices and techniques Experience developing guidance and implementing or improving Document Control processes A good understanding of Information Management principles and techniques Confidence managing your own workload and projects Strong stakeholder management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills Good analytical and problem-solving abilities ..... full job details .....
