Senior DM Planner or DM Planning Officer Hampshire £35-45 per hour Initial 3-Month Contract (with potential to extend) Job Ref - 69223 My Local Authority Client in Hampshire is looking to source an experienced Town Planner to work at either Senior or Officer level to join their Development Management team on an interim basis. The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Development Management professional to support a busy Local Planning Authority during a period of demand. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of planning applications, providing professional planning advice, preparing reports and recommendations, and working closely with applicants, agents and internal stakeholders. You will need to be confident working independently, managing your own workload, and providing high-quality planning advice within a Local Authority environment. The role will involve undertaking site visits, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
