Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of Disrepair Schedulers. Manage workloads and optimise trade diaries. Plan and coordinate disrepair works from inspection through to completion. Liaise with contractors, internal teams and key stakeholders. Ensure resources, materials and approvals are in place. Monitor complex cases and provide regular updates. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. Support and develop the wider scheduling team.
