We are looking for a Senior Direct Marketing Officer to join the Public Engagement team at St Mungo''s. In this role you will support the development, coordination and delivery of our fundraising communications plan for new supporters, helping us reach our fundraising goals and increase income to support our overall aims to end rough sleeping and homelessness for good. Your role will help our programme grow our donor base and showcase the amazing work St Mungo''s does and how a first gift can change a life. You will also: Take ownership of the day to day process of delivering campaigns, from briefing through to reporting, working closely with your manager on key decisions to focus on increasing response rate, recruiting consented new donors and decreasing CPA.
