The opportunity to lead the development and delivery of trading, regular giving and lottery programmes, helping to grow supporter engagement, retention and income through data-led and supporter-centric marketing activity. As part of this exciting role, you will lead the growth of an established online shop and trading portfolio, developing engaging multi-channel campaigns and supporter journeys that increase sales and long-term loyalty.
