ABOUT THE ROLEAs Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will get the opportunity to be part of our CRM transformation from the beginning, ensuring successful implementation of our new CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics 365.We''re looking for someone with a strong background in project and programme management, experienced with implementing CRM systems. You''ll be proactive, innovative, and ready to roll up your sleeves to drive change and deliver impact.We have embarked on a three-year organisation wide digital transformation programme, and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of key CRM projects and effective implementation of platforms, infrastructure, and ways of working.
