Senior Digital Product Manager role at Formula E. Lead a pivotal function within Marketing Growth, defining and optimizing digital products to achieve ambitious growth results. You will lead a small team, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define the vision, strategy, and requirements for Formula E’s digital product suite, with a focus on user journeys, conversion rates, and fan growth. Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, commercial needs, and fan expectations.Testing and Optimisation: Drive ongoing testing programs across all digital platforms to deliver seamless, engaging, and high-performing experiences. Use data, testing, and research to identify friction in user journeys and drive measurable improvements in conversion and engagement.Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with technology, marketing, and business intelligence teams to maximise value for fans and partners. Provide clear, data-driven reports on performance and offer recommendations for optimisation.What we’re looking for

Significant experience in Digital Product Management, especially in consumer-facing industries like sports or entertainment. Strong understanding of UX, continuous optimisation, and emerging technologies such as AI.Leadership and Mentoring: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of experimentation and continual improvement.Commercial and Analytical Mindset: Experience embedding sponsorship and other commercial opportunities into digital products. Analytical, data-driven, and able to translate insights into actionable product strategies.Strong Collaboration and Communication: Effective communicator and collaborator who can influence senior stakeholders and work with agencies and internal partners in an agile environment.What’s in it for you?
