What we''re looking for Proven experience as a Digital Product Designer or Senior UI Designer. Strong UI design skills with a solid grasp of UX best practices. A portfolio showcasing work in mobile apps, gamification, or reward-driven experiences. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bonus: experience exploring or integrating AI tools into the design process.
