Experience as a Senior Digital Portfolio Manager or in equivalent leadership roles within large-scale digital portfoliosExceptional leadership skills with experience in complex organisations; ability to set portfolio standards and provide independent assurance to senior leadersExperience in shaping digital strategic planning and priorities in line with organisational objectivesExperience contributing to improvements in portfolio processes (prioritisation, tracking, reporting) with ownership of improvement activities and standards complianceAbility to anticipate and mitigate delivery risks; take decisive action to protect outcomes across complex delivery landscapesStrong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools; ability to interpret portfolio data and communicate findings to senior stakeholdersExperience building relationships across organisational boundaries with diverse senior stakeholdersDetails, Wages and Perks
