The Role We''re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and shape the digital customer experience across Five Guys UK and our European markets, including France, Germany and Spain. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you''ll own the end-to-end digital customer journey across Rewards, CRM, website, kiosks, Click and Collect, delivery platforms and drive-thru experiences. You''ll be responsible for developing the digital roadmap, driving customer loyalty and ensuring every digital touchpoint delivers a seamless, engaging and commercially effective experience. This is a strategically important role, combining digital marketing, customer experience, loyalty, technology and commercial leadership, with the opportunity to make a significant impact across a growing international business.
