Digital Marketing Manager – Windsor – Perm - £35-45K

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and deliver integrated digital marketing strategies aligned to growth goals
• Manage and optimise Google Ads, SEO, email campaigns, and direct channels
• Collaborate with broker and partner networks to maximise lead generation
• Analyse performance data, track KPIs, and drive ROI improvements
• Support brand activity across events, sponsorships, and campaigns

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years proven experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, SEO, email, and lead generation)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to optimise campaigns and budgets
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• Experience in B2B or financial services is required
