Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Norwich / London, hybrid working, 1 day pw Job type: Permanent, full-time We are recruiting for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join a reputable marketing agency. This is a hands on role for someone with proven agency experience who is confident managing digital campaigns across paid social, Google Ads and performance marketing. You will take ownership of campaigns from planning and launch through to optimisation, tracking and reporting, working directly with national and international clients with the internal creative and digital teams. Responsibilities Plan, manage and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns Lead, monitor and refine paid social and Google Ads campaigns Monitor and manage campaign budgets and performance Use GA4 to analyse and interpret campaign results Use Google Tag Manager and set up robust conversion tracking Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI Produce clear client reports, insights and recommendations Carry out audience, market and keyword research Work directly with clients on campaign strategy, activity and performance Brief design, development and production teams on campaign requirements Support, mentor and guide a junior member of the digital team Assist with campaign proposals, new business pitches and recommendations Experience required 3+ years of digital marketing experience Previous experience working within a marketing or digital agency Paid social campaign management experience Google Ads / ..... full job details .....
