Our marketing team plays a pivotal role in building brand presence, engaging our target audience, and driving measurable growth through innovative digital campaigns.About the RoleAs Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll lead the creation, execution, and optimisation of our digital marketing initiatives. From SEO and PPC to social media and content strategy — you’ll be the driving force behind our online presence. This is a role for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking and thrives on delivering results.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, and social media channels.Plan and deliver engaging content strategies that align with brand objectives and audience needs.Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.Website and Content ManagementManage and update website content via CMS, ensuring SEO best practices are applied.Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to produce creative content, including graphics, videos, and blogs.Maintain consistent brand voice and quality across all digital platforms.Social Media and Community EngagementOversee and grow company social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube).Develop campaigns to drive engagement, awareness, and lead generation.Engage with online communities in line with brand tone and values.Analytics and ReportingTrack performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy.Budget and Agency ManagementManage digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.Liaise with external agencies, freelancers, and media partners to deliver campaigns.Qualifications3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in a senior executive or similar role.Proven experience in managing SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.Strong copywriting and content creation skills.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) desirable.Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.Required SkillsCreativity and strategic thinking.Proactive and data-driven approach.Ability to turn ideas into measurable impact.Preferred SkillsExperience with marketing automation tools.Benefits package25 days Annual Leave + Bank HolidaysFree parkingAnnual BonusGroup Life AssuranceEqual Opportunity StatementWe hire people who can blend creativity with strategic thinking.
